The second-generation restaurant is managed by Heidi and Gerhard Pongratz. After taking over twenty years ago they turned the guesthouse into a popular gourmet restaurant. A constant quality, gracious hospitality and love of detail make the Auerhahn Restaurant in Salzburg so popular with a steady flow of regular customers.

The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, near the motorway exit Salzburg north and Salzburg Central Train Station.

Closed Sunday evenings and Mondays.
